I recently visited Fastpace in Henderson, Tn for a diagnosis of severe eczema. The nurse practitioner was quick, kind and understanding. She got me what I needed and I’ve made a noticeable progress!
I was there this past Friday at urgent care and I was told that my insurance was not valid and it absolutely was valid so I was charged $155 to see a doctor for a total of five minutes. As soon as I left, I contacted my insurance company and they told me they had no idea why you guys said my insurance was not valid because it absolutely was valid so they contacted you guys and then you guys did verify my insurance was valid with them. Therefore, I would like my $155 refunded back to me because that was 100% an error on y’all... read more
