Billed my insurance incorrectly, then also charged the $30 copay, then a $200 "outpatient therapy fee" to which I never saw a therapist, but instead was told to fill out a general anxiety/depression "1-10" esq. questionnaire with my intake forms and was NOT told it was an extra fee. They also charged me directly from my bank account for the $200, so fighting my insurance to dispute the claim I will also have to fight them to give me my money back.

This is not an appropriate setting for veterans seeking urgent care services. During my visit, the front desk representative conducted a VA eligibility verification call using speakerphone in a public reception area. While on the call, my personally identifiable information was disclosed aloud and within earshot of other patients and visitors. Listened well and very friendly. I have sinus infections every year that always try to go to my lungs. I didn’t have to fight for treatment, the women there tested me for everything. Confirmed I wasn’t contagious, and gave me antibiotics for my infection. Thank you so much, I am feeling better already.
