Service was great, check in was a breeze & the wait wasn't long at all.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I came with my daughter on July 3 for a bad ear infection there was only two people in front of us. We sat there for almost 3 hours in total. Says that they're open on Sundays from one game to 5:00 p.m. yet no one is there so I drove for absolutely nothing one star
The staff was very friendly. But during my visit I realized how dirty the facility is. There were layers of dirt and dead bugs in the windows, the floors haven’t been swept in ages, and there is dust built up on every surface. What I thought was light gleaming off of the paper towel holder, turned out to be a thick layer of dust. Not really somewhere you want to be while you’re sick and your immune system is lowered. No telling what germs are floating around there
I had an excellent experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, caring, and professional. I came in about an hour before closing, but I never felt rushed. The PA was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and the nurse was absolutely amazing. I had to receive an injection that is usually very painful, but I honestly didn’t even feel it!
