Office visits are not the issue! FAST PACE ADMINISTRIVE OFFICES, MORE SPECIFICALLY BILLING IS THE ISSUE! I am not one who ever has outstanding bills, and definitely no collections! I have excellent medical coverage and pay monthly for a great plan. Fast Pace billing, instead of sending me any sort of bill/notice, several months later I receive a collection bill for a principle amount PLUS extra from another company. The check in system they use is garbage. Checked in at home got a text saying all was good. When I got there the gal at the desk gave me attitude because I told her I was checked in. told me to use kiosk, ok same forms I filled in at home. then the kiosk failed and again got attitude about their failed system. technology is great only if it works.
So fast paced they don't let you fully explain before they write you a script for the same thing you were already using.
