Staff was very friendly and the office was impeccably clean! The four stars is because they have an over reliance on technology! I was there for a drug test but the check in process was overly involved and they demanded that it all go through their tablet system then you finish it on your phone. I really don’t like that the lady at the desk could do the job but she seems not to have that task anymore. Took my grandson there yesterday evening for a x-ray of his wrist and the nurse practitioner said no he doesn’t need one because he was playing too much for it to b broken. Well his mom took him to the er and it’s broken and might have to have surgery. So no I will never tell anyone to go there.
The wait was very minimal. The nurse practitioner was so so sweet. She made me feel so very comfortable. I will be back!
