The staff was friendly and professional but going in with an appointment the wait was still longer than expected. My family has now visited two times in the last month and not received treatment that resolved the reason for visit, requiring another appointment at another facility. In both situations antibiotics needed were not prescribed the first time at Fast Pace.
I was a walk-in, but was seen very quickly. I've waited longer to see my PCP with an appointment. Even though they're fast to call you back, they don't rush through the visit. The staff is always nice and the attending physician Josh was great!
New to the area, and yesterday I cut my thumb open. That was the only place I knew where it was. Staff was fabulous Thanks again
I was traveling through the Carthage, TN area and found myself in need of medical care. It was easy to make an appointment online (walk-ins are accepted, too). The staff was courteous and professional. The NP was very thorough and gave clear instructions regarding my treatment, a follow-up, and symptoms to watch for in the future. I was able to get my issue addressed quickly and a prescription was sent to a local pharmacy.
