Office visits are not the issue! FAST PACE ADMINISTRIVE OFFICES, MORE SPECIFICALLY BILLING IS THE ISSUE! I am not one who ever has outstanding bills, and definitely no collections! I have excellent medical coverage and pay monthly for a great plan. Fast Pace billing, instead of sending me any sort of bill/notice, several months later I receive a collection bill for a principle amount PLUS extra from another company. Very professional and friendly staff. Melinda addressed all of my issues and I didn’t have to wait too long.
Extremely thoughtful and completely comprehensive. Affordable . The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to get it right .
They are always amazing every time I go in there. Dr Christie is very thorough and really cares about her patience. I have a regular PCP but it’s in Dickson and I go here if I need anything like urgent this is the only place I go. I love it.
