We’ve come here a couple times and haven’t really had a problem until yesterday. Carly, the MA, was running her butt off as front desk and rooming patients by herself. She did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond for us. They need to get her help. Nikki, the NP, was rude and rushed and held us up on a physical for a clearance she really didn’t need. The staff was nice, but they advertise that they do xrays and that's incorrect. So after waiting there for over an hour I was finally told to go to the er for xrays.
Got in fast but was sent home with my issue unresolved . Felt pretty dismissed by the staff. All in all wont go back
