The dermatologist is pleasant. She shows genuine care and is thorough. Her kind disposition soothes a potentially dreadful procedure.

The care providers are wonderful. In fact, if more were like Emily, obtaining medical care would not be such a dreaded experience. Unfortunately, to get to the providers, you have to get past the receptionist. The young woman running the desk tends to be unsmiling, unwelcoming and generally unpleasant. The first time, I assumed she was having a bad day. After a few visits, I have concluded that it is just the way she is. That being said, I have had no problems with the actual care providers.
