Called and he was able to squeeze me in between appointments. Repaired my garage door and even found some issues I was not aware of. He took care of them at no extra charge. Very carefully explained what he was doing and showed me how to perform some maintenance to help extend the life of the door and opener. Very patient with my questions. Very personable and friendly. I will definitely use their service when the time comes and I highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent customer service (and great prices, too!)
Not only were they fast, but so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Kevin checked all possible problems when our garage door quit working but only charged us for the parts that needed replacing. I appreciated his honesty and his expertise. I highly recommend Fast Overhead Door!
Kevin just replaced the original wood door on my garage and my wife and I were very happy with the service. We received bids from multiple companies in the area and Fast Overhead Door had the best price with great customer service. I was going through a schedule change at work around when installation was going to be and Kevin went out of his way to work around my schedule. Good experience all around.
