Liars and crooks. Screwed my friends trying to sell their house. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Be forewarned! They do NOT do what they say they do?
These guys contacted me wanting to buy my house. Or so they said. No, they don’t buy the houses themselves- they just act as middlemen. In my case we went under contract, I arranged for them to inspect and take pictures twice, and then I got crickets from them. Finally with days left on the contract (the contract was for 30 days, to close within 35) I got a response- “give me a few more days”. I called again a week later- they can’t find a buyer.
