I called these guys with question on water heater and sent photos. No one showed up to check. Now I'm getting invoices for service charge.

SNOW BIRDS BEWARD! FAST of Florida's business is designed to rip off. FAST will include extra cost and incomplete or very overpriced add-on services. My AC and water heater were installed in March 2023 and I'm still waiting for the quoted and paid-for auto water shut-off value. I'm still waiting for a final inspection, the responsibility of FAST to schedule. I used this company for Brand New Installation of Split AC/Heating unit because of making my 5 month old infant comfortable in the room, paid $6500 in mid december 2020. It stopped working one week after installation, It was fixed one week later. Two weeks after that it stopped working again, Jonathan came and said one of the parts needs replacing and it will take 7-10 days, Ten days pass by and no call, I called then spoke to Jonathan's supervisor, Hector. They are the worst. They installed and reinstalled 3 A/C units because they mismeadured. Never called me I had to call them every time. After 3 months of non action and incompetence from them it failed the City Inspection 3 weeks ago. No one has called me back ever! Today Ihaveno air conditioning. Called and left a message. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS INCOMPETENT UNETHICAL COMPANY.. Also I put a negative post on their FAST website and they took it down. I have
