Richard, the owner and mechanic, is a great guy. He is, first off, very friendly and easy to talk to. Second, Richard is trustworthy and wants to get your engine fixed properly and running right above all else. The standard mechanic rate is posted and he tells you up front that he prefers to use OEM parts, which I agree with, so pricing is very fair.
