The person working here didnt seem interested in helping customers and lacked customer service skills. At first I thought the place looked cool with all the anime decor & music... I learned quickly that the employee didn't really want to be bothered with my business. I mailed my package but I will never go there again.
I come here often and I cannot speak highly enough of this place! He makes it so easy to ship stuff. His 'no stress I've got this' attitude is so helpful! I even had to ship a large, lithium battery and I was able to just drop it off, pay and he took car of packaging it for me! So very helpful!
I go here all the time any never have any problems with the shipping. He gets the job done and has great music!!

Literally just leaving, because of how RUDE the gentleman was!!!!!!!! I ALWAYS do business here, being that I live overseas, and need things shipped!!! When I came in, there was a lady at the counter that looked like she was shipping a-lot of items off, I could tell he was flustered etc when It was my turn, he SNAPPED AT ME!!! “ARE THESE ALL GOING TO THE SAME PLACE?!!
