Mr. Ashworth retired, and Fuquay Tire was swamped, so I visited Fast Lube Plus to get an oil change. Super clean facility, and I was thrilled to see how Brandon, Jacob and Travis provided lots of TLC to my truck. I was grateful that they took the time to test my battery, which was close to dying, and they installed a new one with a warranty. Amazing service by James and crew. Super honest about what’s needed and lots of different services to help. Truly a reliable service station!
I was second in line for an oil change and an inspection. I wanted to try Grease Monkey to see how their service was as I used to go there when the former company was in business. 90 minutes later I was leaving. I would give them a "0" if I could. The tech came in at some point and asked if I wanted a the synthetic oil change and I said no. My truck has over 100000 miles and I don't drive it that far anymore.
