Techs always greet me at the car and are extremely polite. They under promise and over deliver even when they are very busy. I have visited the Fuquay location several times and never see anyone just standing around.
Needed annual safety/emissions inspection. Quick turnaround. Polite customer service. Can’t ask for more than that.
Service was quick and the mechanics were very friendly.
If I could give it less I would.
This place is complete garbage. New name, same bullshit practices. Somehow the full synthetic for $85 comes out to $105 because of an extra quart of oil. Literally no reason to come to a place that is hiding prices when Carolina quick lube exists. A few more details on the carelessness and overall shitty service, they didn't reset the oil light in my car, they set the milage for return service on the sticker to 3,000 miles, THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE OLD STICKER OFF, they just put their sticker on top of the old one.
