Bought my car “certified” from a guy get under the car to find a hole. Brought it to them asking how it got certified he offered to patch the hole for free. Great place great owner very friendly
Had an appointment for a "fast lube" at 8 am . Ken promised it would be redi by noon. I showed up 4 hours later to see Ken the mechanic owner standing puffing a vape and drinking coffe. I asked for my car he said it's not ready, so he sent his employee to get it but it was blocked by a car. He did not apologize or offer to make it right, he was rather rude.
