I stopped at Fast Lube today to see if Ken could fit me in to change my windshield washer pump assembly. I had the part. He said "next week". I said I need it now because of the wet roads. He got a tool and changed it right in his parking lot!!! How many mechanics would do that? As a woman alone, who knows nothing about cars, I am leary of going to a garage. But, Ken has worked on my vehicles before and always treated me right. Thumbs up to Ken! I highly recommend going to Fast Lube for all your auto repairs.

I called Ken's auto because I was close by when my car started to smell like wood smoke and almost catch fire , it turns out a squirrel had been stashing leaves, acorns , helicopter seeds all over the engine bay as well as air intake. When I called him to see if he could just take an air compressor to the engine and blow out all the crap he said " don't worry about it being it in and I'll look at it " . He took us in as soon as we got there and proceeded to clean out all the crap and had us out in 10 minutes with the problem... read more

Worst experience ever. On Wednesday I was advised I had an appt on Monday. It took them 3 days to even look at my car. When I showed up frustrated on the third day, I found my front windshield smashed. The answer I received from The mechanic was “oh well, a rock must of hit it” in our private parking lot The parking lot was full vehicles and there was not one vehicle with a broken window. I was pretty much told “too bad”and now I am out $480 plus installation and tax. Worst garage experience ever! Do not bring your car there... read more

My truck broke down when I was in Sudbury . I’m new to the area and from out of town. With some texting to co workers they said they get work done at Ken’s Auto. So I dropped the truck off to get the front CV joint fixed at 4pm. The next day they called and said it was ready at 1:30 for pickup. I recommend this place. Fast and fair price for the work I had done. I will be going back.
