Had an appointment for a "fast lube" at 8 am . Ken promised it would be redi by noon. I showed up 4 hours later to see Ken the mechanic owner standing puffing a vape and drinking coffe. I asked for my car he said it's not ready, so he sent his employee to get it but it was blocked by a car. He did not apologize or offer to make it right, he was rather rude. Owner name is Kent. He is an honest man with good skills. The charges are reasonable.
