DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I brought my weed wacker to be fixed and was assured the fix would be no issue. I was given a pickup time only to find out nothing was done and it was still in pieces. I was told to return another date and when that day came, nothing. After weeks I had to finally take my weed wacker home in pieces. I paid the diagnostic check upfront. I was more than willing to pay the maintenance. Very upsetting and unfortunate.
I am really disappointed in how this company handles their customers and their service. I came in on July 27, 2024 to order a bag for my lawnmower. They stated that it would take 3 to 4 days to come in because they had to place an order for the bag. I paid for the bag in advance. I had to call to get an update on my order. They told me that my order would come in the following week due to them not meeting their minimum dollar amount for orders so they told me that it would be there the following week.
