Never coming back again. I got a oil change and gold car wash on my 98 Chevy pick up truck. While the truck was in automatic car wash, my side view mirror came off. I ask for a refund or a free wash, but the owner (blond long hair) refuse to accommodate me. He said "it was already damage and that was the reason" and he just walk away.
Wow! Just wanted to knock off the snow and yuck off my car and this was the best car wash I have ever gotten! 2 people spraying it down before I rolled in, 4 people wiping it down on the way out! Opened every door and wiped out all of the doorjambs and wiped down the car! For $10!!! You have my business forever!
Best customer service and owner is always right there with workers making sure things are as they should be ..... they open doors and wipe down and also speak with you and greet you. 😉
They exceed my expectations every single time and every worker there is always hard working and friendly. It's the only place I'll go for a car wash and oil change! The owner is always busting his butt too. He's doing a fantastic job running that business.
I love this place. If you tell them what you want they do it ! I use them prior to any car show / event. Love them !
I have a 2016 F350 dully and they hand wash it every time!!! They always do a good job every time!!
