Never go here!! Horrible customer service would never take my car here. They over inflate your tires and push services on you that you don't need to make money. The owner is very rude as well the oil change place across the street is under new management and they are more professional that the folks at fast lanes. And yes 50 's lube and cruise does have TV monitors so you can watch them drain the oil.
Not happy with Fast Lanes anymore Fast Lanes used to be a good place to get your basic oil change but now I feel the customer service slipping, pushy techs trying to sell me a tranny flush which they should no that my vehicle's warranty would be voided if my tranny is flushed after 50000. FastLane Quick Oil Change = Customer Service As the new owner of FastLane as of June 1, 2010, I would like to assure anyone reading these reviews that I take your comments very seriously.
not bad, but I've been here before there ok, but decided to try accross the street, place called 50 's lube n cruise and they were freakin awsome, and the place is decked out with 1950's huge murals, I've never experienced a place like that before....they have tv monitors all over the place also and you can watch them working on your car from within your car...I'm dumbfounded
Great Experience I have never had such a positive oil change experience before. The price is the same as the other oil changes i've been to so i decided to try them out. From the minute i drove in i was treated very politely and with much respect. The managers had true concern for the well being of my car and i never felt like i was being taken advantage of. the best oil change in canton this is the best place for a great and fast oil change everyone who works there is very frindly and smart they will honer others coupons they dont try to sell you things you dont need and oil change for my jeep is only 19$ out the door every time
Good deals Fastlane is a decent place for tune-ups if youre in a hurry, but they WILL try to sell you all kinds of nonsense like "fuel line cleanser" and stuff that is totally bogus and unnecessary so beware. If youre going for an oil change, insist that's all you want. I have never had any issues here though, and sometimes they issue coupons in the "Save" circular you get in the mail.
Less than impressed Went there once, wouldn't go there again. They are reasonablly priced, but the staff isn't very customer curtious. They recomended an air filter at 6,000 miles and over inflated my tires to 50 P.S.I.!!! I drive a Honda! Also I had to go back becuase the drain plug was lose.
Nothing special While this quik lube is certainly not the worst out there, nor do i believe they are crooked in anyway, I do believe they are pushy. Just like anyone out there, I like to get my moneys worth, so I don't appreciate it when a salesmen tells me I NEED to change my air filter when it clearly still has some use left. On the upside, they do what their supposed to do. Change your oil. Change the filter. But way way too pushy on sales, and I probably won't go back because of that fact.
