I have been very patient with Lilly and Parker returning my multiple phone calls and emails on the status of my vehicle to no avail. Lilly was Johnny on the spot prior to receiving my deposit now she is ghosted. I’ve had only call where someone picked up and gave me a status. I don’t believe my car has been worked on even though they have my deposit. Not professional at all when it comes to communicating with the customer. Another great experience with FLP! Have been there 3 times now for projects on my 2019 Camaro 2SS. They were able to tune the transmission on the new A10. Made a night & day difference. Just a good bunch of guys in the shop & a family owned and operated business. Very professional, clean shop, top notch workmanship, and they make the experience fun. No other shop offers a 3 year warranty on all work.
