Love my 2014 Dodge Journey! Purchased it 11 months ago still looks and runs great like day they called me to let me know they found a SUV like I wanted... No problems here, great service, and attentive to what people are looking for. I am satisfied...
I spoke with Andrew Carol, the sales manager, and he refused to let me start the motor or test drive a car until I has cash or a cashiers check in hand. I still really liked it so I decided to look under the car and realized that it is so badly rusted out that it would never pass state inspection. Note: he told me there was nothing wrong with the car.
Do not buy a car from Fast Lane! They will not disclose any problems with a car, even though they surely know about them. In the process pf building a lawsuit against them. Anyone with information about being deceived or told lies would be much appreciated.
Lemon cars!
Just purchased a car 3 days ago and it's already had to be towed due to loss of oil and possible bad crankshaft and oil pop. They had no problem saying it wasn't their problem ...so after talking with mechanics we called a lawyer and now have a civil case...seems the part was bad the whole time!!!
These folks are straight forward and honest in the dealings. They have had quite a rocky past but you cant let that get in the way of a good purchase! They have done things they regret. Everyone has. I have a friend who has known the owner of Fastlane in the past and lets just say they arent as bad as some people say. These gentlemen went above and beyond to meet my requests. I was treated with respect & the salesman was very thorough throughout the whole process. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
not too bad! could improve in customer service!!!! sales guy tryed to intimidate me. if they try that sh!t do it right back to them!!! they will back down trust me they aint tough!!
