RecommendedExcellent Shop! Why did I not discover Fast Lane years ago! Great experience today. I first met Todd at Fast Lane and explained my issue and the recommended repairs from a local dealership. The dealership does treat me well and they have gained my trust. However, Fast Lane just saved me $1,200 on an unnecessary replacement. Turned out all that was needed was a Rack and Pinion Boot, NOT the entire Rack and Pinion. Thank you so much to Todd and owner Dave, you have earned my future business.
Here it is a year later and I still can not say enough about this place. They deal with my neurotic personality so well. I adore Melissa, David, Corey, and Todd. They are so skilled in auto care and customer service. All of the staff are kind and attentive. I have never had a bad experience. They are honest, never over sell, and try hard to work with you. Fast, professional service, no drama.
This morning, my car wouldn't start because my battery was dead. I had no one to jump me off (everyone was already gone to work). I called these guys, and they came to my driveway and jumped me. I drove to the shop and they replaced my battery. From jump to me being on my merry way, was approximately 30 minutes. No lie. I was stuck and they came to the rescue. I really appreciate the way they consistently treat me like a VIP. Next level excellence! Also, best price for a new battery, I checked. THANKS!
We went to the one in Thompson Station and they were amazing! My daughter is very ill and the manager noticed our daughter. He offered to give us baseball tickets to brighten our day! We cannot go right now due to her illness but just the thought made our week. Thank you for caring about more than our car. We will be back!
