Charged me $50 to repair my necklace and it broke again where he “repair” after couple days, then when I came back and told him it broke again he said he will charge me $45 to fix it again! What a waste!
Told me it was $90 to replace three watch batteries, then when I wanted to leave, they didn’t want to give my watches back without negotiating. $70, then to $60. Pathetic. I went elsewhere to a battery shop and they replaced my batteries for $3.
Wish I had read the reviews. Don’t take anything nice here. They don’t fix mistakes that they made and don’t use quality material in their repairs.

Luxury to very affordable jewelry (and quality repair). This is a local Okemos family owned business. My husband purchased a ring that he enjoys wearing daily. We are always happy with our jewelry purchases here!
