The sewer backed up and flooded half of our basement. It was a big smelly mess right before Christmas. The Fast Help team came out quick. They had it all cleaned and sanitized in no time. They even got the whole house smelling great again. Our basement is now cleaner than it was before the sewer backed up. I cannot recommend them enough.
Fast Help truly lives up to its name! Andy was professional, efficient, and was able to inspect the water damage, asses for mold, and do the necessary treatment in the same day. This was a huge relief since my kitchen/basement water damage happened right before Christmas. Andy was also able to advise on the related flooring and plumbing damage. I would definitely hire Fast Help again and highly recommend their company and high-quality services.
My experience with Fast Help exceeded expectations. We had severe water damage and was referred to Fast Help by our plumber. We called and Andy showed up that day. They began the remediation process immediately with great results. I would recommend using Fast Help for any remediation needs!
These guys are PHENOMENAL!!!! Would highly recommend them. They were very efficient in all regards (were on site less than an hour after being called, dumpster arrived next day & they (the two owners & crew) worked over the weekend (during the holidays) to knock it out.
