We were looking for a glass shop for my company fleet. After reading the experience of the customer with the Honda I decided I should look for a different company. I understand customer service with my business and see no reason to treat a customer this way. I will look for a company who treats their customers with more respect.
BEWARE this company! “Fast” does not necessarily mean competent or honest. My recent experience: Fast Glass replaced my windshield with a severely scratched new one. Mark (front desk, boss) points this out and offers to replace the windshield again. I make another appointment and the new windshield is installed. Had a chip from a rock that hit my windshield on the freeway, that chip grew to one long crack right across in the middle of my windshield, I'm from Sacramento & visit Reno often. I had called around in both area's and Fast Glass was by far the least expensive w/ install labor not to mention the soonest avail and had it done in less than an hr! highly reccmmend them. Their service is excellent & fast. Thank You fast glass my new Buick beauty is back to looking herself Love it!
