I dropped off a screen door with these guys and orders a replacement 6 weeks ago and paid in advance for their work. They committed to having it fixed a week later at the end of September. Well its mid November and they still havent started my door. I have called them twice and keep getting the "It will be done by the end of the week, we got the wrong color parts". I can't say enough good about this company. From Rich to all of the employees who do the work. I've used them 3 times now and they do a great job and the service is excellent. Thank You!

I am so happy with the service I received. I called on Tuesday about a windshield replacement and they had it it fixed and back to me before noon on Thursday. So rare to get that excellent of service anymore. thank you so much for your great service.

Second time is 2 years we had windows installed in our home. Can't say enough about how great this company is when doing business with them. Thank you Rich for great customer service. Also, thank you to the installers who came and put them in. I got the name of one, Jose. They were professional and did a great job.
