I have had my car worked on several times, which is why I don't understand why I was treated so badly on my last attempt. I needed a window roller replaced, so I called them because they have done this work for me before. This time however, my called were not answered with no call back, or if I did get through, he was rude, saying it would take weeks to get the part. I dropped off a screen door with these guys and orders a replacement 6 weeks ago and paid in advance for their work. They committed to having it fixed a week later at the end of September. Well its mid November and they still havent started my door. I have called them twice and keep getting the "It will be done by the end of the week, we got the wrong color parts". RecommendedCall Fast Glass and they responded very timely. Came to Susanville and put in a new windshield. Excellent service and excellent job. Highly recommend this company.
BEWARE!!! UNETHICAL, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS! PATRONIZE AT YOUR OWN RISK: I was getting my car washed and stopped by CC FAST GLASS to ask for a quote for replacing glass book case doors with mirrored doors. Was told by Curt it would be $10-20 a door depending on the special curved cut design at top. When I came back to the shop with the doors themselves to drop them off for mirrored replacement, Curt then told me it would be $40 a door... RecommendedOn our way home from our trip to Texas, we got hit by a rock. I went and saw Marc on Thursday and he was able to get my truck in on Friday! What great customer service. Thank you so much.
by not lying to customers. They were to install the windshield on our RV and Jeep. I had the Jeep done on 6/16, asked Kurt at that time if the RV shield was in, he said NO. as he had told me previously when I called. found out they have had our shield since 6/8, to this day 7/3, they are not returning calls to us or the insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO YOUR WORK
They went from $19 to $30! smh + Nobody wears masks or gloves unbelievable 👎
