They were right on the minute for our appointment. They got back next day with our bid and we accepted it and they are doing the work. Thank you fast glass.
Aside from the fact that Fast Glass' windshield prices are very competitive, we were pleased to find that the mngr, Tiger Milburn was very helpful and more than fair in working with us regarding an installation concern. Thank you Tiger for you customer support and service, I am happy to recommend your business.
I was treated very rudely by the receptionist, who was clueless on how to find my base model Envoy in her system. She told me she couldn't even look it up by my name, even though I have had several windshields and even 10 custom glass table tops made by Fast Glass. They have always done great work, but they should do a better job of hiring their receptionist. Definitely won't be returning for business here.
RecommendedAbsolutely amazing! I found these guys through a really bad company named “connect auto glass”! I urge you to not use that company cause they don’t pay fast glass after a service is done! Connect auto glass was also trying to charge me $450 for a windshield replacement when these guys do it for $265! Please make sure you don’t use “Connect Auto Glass” for any kind of service. RecommendedDan and Christian installed my new guest room and huge bathroom picture window (replacing a glass block) yesterday. I cannot be more pleased. I find myself going upstairs and staring out the window. Dan also did my estimate and I knew when he was here I had great confidence in his ability so I was thrilled when he showed up to install. The communication from the main office was a little lacking since one was on backorder and I had to call for updates but overall I would use them again in a heartbeat!
