Great gym always clean, friendly heplful staff . Unlike other gyms they are here and help you with the equipment without paying more every time you need help. Very happy that I come to see this new place.
Joined when it opened and always have a great workout while having fun. the women in this gym a great to work out with . Would recommend this gym to all women looking for a better way to enjoy there exercise experience. :)

Hey ladies this is a great place if you are looking for something different. I like that I can do a walk-in and pay only $5.00 each time I want something different. I walk alot be I need to do something for strenght and this place offers both. I people and staff are friendly and this place is fun to workout in. There is always someone to help you if you are not sure how to use the equipment and when I was done the energy I had was amazing and no Pain can't wait to go back. Just started this new gym. Really like that you get cardio and strenght on these machines, no more lifting heavy weight and hurting myself because there is no one to help advise me of what I should be doing especially when I am new to a exercise program. Here they showed me that I start with what I am comfortable with and I can adjust the resistance where it Works best for me and the staff is right there to. Ladies come in not your everyday gym there they are here to help us everyday.
Wow had my best workout with a staff that helps day in and day out with the training. Here you do not pay extra for personal training they are there to help at all times. I wish I would have come in sooner!
LOVE the new gym.Helpful staff all the time like having a personal trainer with you without having to pay extra and the price is very resonalble 5 star! :) :) :)
