Fast Freight was scheduled to deliver 3 pallets to our business. The driver arrived with only 1 pallet and told our staff it was the complete delivery—just “3 pieces.” However, they had called me days earlier to confirm delivery of 3 pallets, and our vendor confirmed that 3 pallets were shipped. When I followed up, I was told all 3 pallets had been delivered and that the driver had confirmed it—despite the fact that we have video footage clearly showing only 1 pallet being dropped off.
