Absolutely the Worst Courier Service Experience We used this company to deliver an important letter to our vendor, specifically because we needed confirmation of receipt. What they did was completely unacceptable — instead of obtaining a signature or even ensuring the recipient received the document, they simply slipped it under the door and left. Fast Freight was scheduled to deliver 3 pallets to our business. The driver arrived with only 1 pallet and told our staff it was the complete delivery—just “3 pieces.” However, they had called me days earlier to confirm delivery of 3 pallets, and our vendor confirmed that 3 pallets were shipped. When I followed up, I was told all 3 pallets had been delivered and that the driver had confirmed it—despite the fact that we have video footage clearly showing only 1 pallet being dropped off.
