Always gets my car nice and clean. But not sure what was going on today. My bar code pass did scan to open the gate then i sit in the wash bay for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me waiting for the car wash to start.
I've had it with this place and no longer will waste my money going here. The last 3 times when it was Fast Freddies, the tire shine wasn't working so they gave me a free car wash. Today I go and it's under new ownership and won't take the coupon, ok fine but guess what, I asked is your tire shine working, NOPE!! Like WTH Is the new owner that cheap. Lots of improvements have been made since they changed from Fast Freddy’s. Wash really gets cars cleaned & vacuums work SO much better now. Employees are always super helpful & knowledgeable & not pushy at all. You can tell the new management really cares.
Closing times online do not reflect actual closing hours. By 6:10 PM one cannot longer enter the facility with no waiting lines. How does it close at 7 PM?
This is the 2nd time and the last time I will be visiting this car wash. My car came out with debris all over it and looked like it hadn’t even been washed. For the vacuums, you’re better off blowing air out of your mouth, then getting the vacuums to work. This place is a waste of money and time. Luckily, there is a new car wash opening. Hopefully it is better than this one.
