I can't rate the wash because they wouldn't let me go through because of my wind shield it had a crack in it but the 2 gentle men explained everything to me they was as nice as they could be apologizing over and over it's company policy really nice people

Just like a lot of complaints on here… My son also brought his car to this car wash since it was free with the purchase of his vehicle… He left his car was full of scratches And when he talked to the workers, they said that can’t happen so I called and talked to the manager and she hung up on me and then I called back and told her how unprofessional she was and she insisted that cannot happen at this car wash and I said so you’re trying to tell me that none of those brushes are ever dirty or dirt is on the ground or somethin... read more

Twice I have gone through this car wash and the person directing my car was not paying attention and my tire hit the track. I canceled my membership.

Very nice car wash. I like the pre-cleaning at the entrance. They do a good job. The machine dies a great job from that point. The free vacuum stations are laid out well and the vacuum cleaner suction is good. They also have a cart with window cleaning supplies, towels, etc. I've been using this car wash for over four months and I continue to be very pleased.
