Good Service This is the authorized repair facility for Citizen watch. Had to have the battery replaced in my watch, and since it is waterproof, local jewelers could not replace the battery and guarantee that it would still be waterproof - therefore I had to send it out to Citizen. Service was quick, though not inexpensive. At least I knew the job was done correctly.
