Awful service. Rude management. Screen cracked after being replaced, took in right away and they said we dropped it. Had it replaced by IFIXNC, and found out screws were missing. Which made perfect sense, because the screen was raised and at one point the digitizer wasnt making a good connection. This was all explained to manager, but he went on the defense. Clearly their motto is the Customer is never right. Save yourself time and money, and go somewhere else.
I was completely satisfied with the customer service, knowledge and price of my phone repair. I would not take my phone anywhere else to be repaired. It's refreshing to know there is a business who cares about their customers.
