Once again - outstanding customer service!! Brandon was due to leave town for Easter weekend, but he rearranged his schedule to accommodate me and was willing to show up on Saturday morning!! Don't bother calling this guy,they are most certainly not open 24 hours!!!!! Don't even bother to call you back!!!!! Left several messages about the plumbing issues to no avail
Great service they came out when I had emergency clog backing up all the flow in my house to my basement and cleared the jam quickly. Would definitley recommend!
One of our lovely children decided to test out if an American Standard toilet that is rated to flush 40 golf balls could also flush a large Lego. Brandon was reasonably priced and accommodating with scheduling so we could still celebrate a birthday for the rest of the day. Brandon was also very kind to our curious 5 year old birthday boy who wanted in on the action. We will continue to use Fast Flow and their family partners A1 Quality Septic.
My wife and I can't speak highly enough about these guys. They almost immediately came out with A-1 Quality to repair a flood on our house's crawl space and if felt like no time. They're not only great workers but even better people. We can't thank them enough for their timely manner and hard work, as well as just being really great people to work with.
