Bought in my watch to have it resized, they were very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Jesse was great. Will be returning definitely for anything else.
I took my Seiko watch in for a stem and crown replacement. I paid $45.00 in advance. When I got my watch back, the band was on a different watch face which did not work. They wanted to charge me another $90.00 to repair something that wasn't my original watch. I'm not sure what happened to my watch and they were not honest about what happened. I'm very disappointed with the service. My rating is actually "No stars."
