Friendly and courteous service. My watch needed a new battery and thorough cleaning, and came out looking brand new!
Customer service was decent, but the overall experience felt impersonal - I didn’t feel truly welcomed. They are not flexible when it comes to negotiating. However, they did follow through on the promised job timeline, which I appreciated.
Reasonable, speedy and outstanding results.
