I went to Fast Fit Centennial for their 90 day program late summer of 2023. I met with Doug and he guaranteed that I would lose 5lbs of visceral fat. I paid $5k and got NO RESULTS. The office staff were nice and the treatments were relaxing. But, my weight increased as did my dehydration. Absolute SCAM they did nothing for me. My consultation was with Doug the guy on TV I told him my problem is visceral fat he GUARANTEED me I would lose at minimal 5lbs. I did 3 weeks after zero change they put me on a "reset" for 2 weeks. Afterwards I came back to finish up my other 3 weeks and at the end my visceral fat percentage never changed, my metabolic age never changed, my pure fat changed very very minimally. When I first came to Fast Fit I didn't know what they did. I was tired of taking fat loss pills and going to the gym to work out but never seeing a true fat loss. At first I judged the process assuming it would not help. I am so happy I didn't give up since I have already lost 12.5 pounds of fat! That may not seem like a lot to you but for me it is a big deal!
