Not happy with my overall experience here so far. I've only had a unit here for about 2-3 months and they already raised the rent. It went from 155 to 173. In addition the onboarding was extremely frustrating, the codes they provided never worked, its all online so you cant physically speak to anyone to work out problems. The unit sizes are also incorrect. I got a 10x20 and the real size was 9.5x18.25, the roofs aren't 100% waterproofed and alot of dust from the street gets through the door so hopefully you dont store anythi... read more
Easy peasy move in process, good rates and clean facility!
First they gave me multiple access codes that didn’t work. Once I was finally able to get in , They gave me a storage unit but it has a lock on it . From my understanding you have to bring your own lock so I’m guessing they gave me someone else storage unit , instead of giving me another unit they told me I will be given a code for the unit they gave me so unprofessional & im still waiting on a code to get access to my unit & I have 2 days to move out my place !!!
