*******update******* The swartz creek location has serious issues, I stopped in to get my oil changed, I was told to come back tomorrow that they did not have the proper oil filter. I came back and the kid working there told me "you don't need an oil change" I disagreed, I change my oil per the "hour" meter, the odometer does not mean anything to me. Expensive but honest. Took my 17 year old vehicle I bought brand new up there for an oil change 2 years ago. The technicians looked at the dipstick and said "No, your oil still looks good." Do you think and oil change place will ever tell you that? Well, these folks did. HONESTY is the best policy, and they delivered.
Not sure why it claims I visited here, it's been 10 years since I used them and they took advantage of me for sure. Charged me for power steering fluid when I got home I noticed it still drove funny, checked the fluid and the only finger prints on the lid was my own so who knows what else I was charged for and didn't receive
I’ve been getting oil changes here for five years now and be always been happy with their speed and efficiency, but today something happened that has made a new opinion. When I came in for an oil change, they told me that the sticker had printed wrong and that because I was using synthetic, I still had several thousand miles left. They easily could have had some money today, but instead they chose to keep a repeat customer. Well done to the few at Fast Eddie’s in Swartz Creek.
