I was given wrong information regarding a Nevada TOD vehicle title transfer after a death abroad. I was told I would need to travel internationally, which does not appear to be required through Nevada DMV especially because my name is on the title itself. Very frustrating experience and the front desk doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about services. Retraining would be beneficial.

This is the place to go if you need to register your car!! Rose was not only empathetic but she put up with me I was new to Vegas and register my car has been nothing short but a nightmare. Fast DMV not only has fair price for their service they have great customer service!

I had a really disappointing experience at this office, mainly because of the two female receptionists. From the moment I walked in, their attitudes were unprofessional and unwelcoming. They seemed irritated to even answer basic questions, and instead of helping, they made the whole process more frustrating. Manager or owner has to do a better job with not putting two horrible employees to work front desk. What stood out the most was how little they seemed to understand their own job. He leído malos comentarios. A veces las cosas no salen como uno quisiera. Pero siendo ecuánimes considerando que desde la pandemia DMV de las Vegas a rarentizado el servicio. Yo si agradezco el servicio de Fast DMV services. Ánimo muchachos y muchas gracias por su ayuda. Y por supuesto nada es gratis en esta vida. Hay que pagar por los servicios.
