From the first phone call Mr. Hernandez showed up within 30 minutes and did a thorough examination of our units and diagnosed all the issues and provided solutions in a very timely manner. We are very pleased with the services provided and will continue to trust Mr. Hernandez with our future AC needs.
Very satisfied with Fast Cooling AC services , were available same day and the tech Victor was informative with the ac leak problem. Would definitely recommend.
Mr. Victor came out to our house this morning, heard the issue and got right to work testing our central AC unit. Within 5 minutes of testing, he informed me the blower motor went out and would need to be replaced. He gave me the price for replacement and reassured he had the motor we needed & the issue would be fixed. Victor was back after a little while, replaced the motor and made sure the issue was resolved. He even replaced screws the previous techs (from other companies) lost!!
