If I could leave 0 stars I sure would. My account rep is Luke and he's the rudest person I have spoken to in a while. They called my ex husband that I've been divorced from for years over a debt that wasn't his. When I asked Luke why they were calling him he said "that's irrelevant" I said no it's not and said I'm wondering why or how you got his information. Luke said "it doesn't matter and asked if I was in a place to take care of that bill. When I said no he just hung up the phone".

I would give zero stars if possible. Mine is a joint debt and neither of us have been contacted since August of last year until just a few days ago. I received a call from Tyler, whom I called back promptly once I left the appointment I was at. He was nice until the person I have the joint debt with called and asked for a breakdown of fees. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. After being penalized for $95 charge that is was not even aware was sent to collection these guys refuse to help in any way even to just share a letter that shows i have paid. terrible terrible

My account Representative gives excuses when I am trying to resolve my debt. They try to set payment arrangement without my permission. I advise them that I will make my payments on my terms due to the fact my job was no longer secured. And told the account Representative I will not make any type of payment arrangements in case that I may not be able to make the payment. That is promise that I will NEVER commit too. So when the funds I will send in a payment. And will not pay online
