We all end up at a place like this for an annoying reason.. but to make it worse, anyone you talk to over the phone at this agency is horrible rude and invasive. Why are these employees asking personal questions about the income you depend on and criticizing the payment amounts you are making?? I’m sorry for anyone who has to deal with this business.
Another that would select zero stars if available. It took way longer than it should to get a confirmation letter and when our mortgage company wasn’t satisfied and wanted verbiage changed, the boss Tyler said he wasn’t interested in helping us or altering the letter for us. This company is full of lies and false promises. If you call and they say Tyler is at lunch, he’s dodging you. I will be filing a complaint with Vyve and informing them how they’re debt collectors are acting
I was called about a $140 bill from an endodontist. This bill was initially around $100. It was for a procedure covered by two insurances. The collector told me repeatedly it was about to be reported to the credit bureau. Medical and dental debt under $500 can't be reported. It's now paid, but STOP LYING and this is also a compliance issue.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Sketchy and unsavory practices as debt collectors. Management is very disorganized and send inaccurate information.
