I am honestly offended by the offer we received from Lou and Fast Cash Homes MN. I discussed with them that we received a really low-ball offer for $188k. I told them we would really need somewhere around $225k - $250k for us to move forward. After giving them more information about our house, we were assured this was definitely a possibility.
