Zero stars. I made an appointment for Saturday October 8. When I got to the shop the lady said the girl to do my hair was not there. I waiting 5-10 minutes before I started asking questions. She asked me to come back I said no I want my money back. It’s been a week and my deposit still hasn’t been paid. The trick never sent my deposit back. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been a client of fatu for so long and her salon is honestly my favorite they play music , they put on shows, vibe with you make you comfortable and make sure you definitely love your hair
NO SHOW AND NO REFUND Book at your own risk, but I recommend not wasting your time, money, and energy. I've gotten my hair braided here a few times but, after an experience where my appointment was rescheduled last-minute to a date when I wasn't available without any direct communication to me , I hadn't been back for over a year. No call no show! When I finally spoke to someone the owner said she would refund me my money and that she thought scheduling was blocked on her website. A month later no refund of my 100$ deposit and scheduling is still opened on her website! She knows exactly what she is doing. Bad business!
NO SHOW NO REFUND DO NOT RECOMMEND Booked an appointment on the site, paid the deposit. Got to the shop for my appointment, shop was closed and nobody ever showed up. Reached out to the owner on IG, she claims she was trying to reach the Braider. At this point an hour has passed so I left. I had to ask about the return of my deposit, claim that she would refund it. I never received it. I do not recommend.
