If you have sleep apnea stay way !!!! I went to them as a referral from another doc . I regret doing that . They did everything to get the insurance money to “prepare” my mouthpiece . Then for payment they put you in a small office in the back to pressure you to pay NOW. and the office will contact the insurance to pay . I’m so happy I didn’t fall for their high pressure tactics. Dr. Piedra is the best! His staff is professional and friendly. I was able to get braces as an adult, for the 2nd time [the first as a teenager] They worked with my schedule. I highly recommend him.

I called to inquire on the cost of permanent retainers & she told me to hold, then came back to the phone & just hung up.
Im being waiting literally forever for those to book me an appointment what a disappointing day experience.
