I had to fight just to get a preauthorization filled on a medication. It took 6 phone calls over three days to get a preauthorization that was requested by my pharmacy two days prior to the phone calls starting, so five days in total just to get them to send a preauthorization. I was told by the nurse practitioner Omoba if the one that they sent in didn’t go through it would be my problem to deal with, not theirs.
