F.A.S.T. is FAST for sure! FAST Appliance was one of the most pleasant service groups I have ever used. They were fast, friendly, and like a great neighbor. Paul Jensen (Owner/Service Tech) is extremely gifted, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He even gave me some cleaning supply when I asked him how to best clean one of my appliances. He doesn't just know how to fix the product, he knows what people think about them (likes/dislikes), how to care for the appliance, and even helped me understand how to best use it. Everything, even parts. Not only was did they have great service, they got to me the day after I called them, but they offered me everything I needed. The technician was able to answer any question I had from specific questions on how something works to use and care to even where to get parts for another appliance. He was very nice and very friendly. The thing I loved most about fast was the fact that I could buy parts direct from them. I just had to look at my model number and then call (866) 440-8834.
