I was here Friday and they say they open at 1:00pm I waited until 2:00pm and no one answered the phone and the door was locked. I am back here this morning it is currently 8:37 and again the door is locked and my calls are being sent to voicemail
The fat guy that operates this lab is condescending, rude and nasty attitude. I witnessed how mean he was to this black middle aged woman that was working for him but she is not there anymore. Maybe she got fed up with his bullying.
The lady receptionist was unnecessarily rude and had an attitude then proceeded to tell me she couldn't use my birth certificate that I used before to get the same thing done previously but at a different location. I'm not exactly sure what her issue was but seems unprofessionalism and attitude is common from the reviews. This place should be shut down they don't deserve to be in business. 200% go somewhere else these people are rude unprofessional garbage.
