Rodney A came out to inspect and clean ac system. He was very friendly, courteous, and a great smile. Rodney did a thorough check, cleaned the line, and asked if I had any questions before departing. 5 stars for Rodney A!!! I needed a new ac system due to leaking compressor and other issues. Called Fast Air Repair and they dispatched Gary to evaluate. He arrived within minutes! Super friendly!" I am a disabled Veteran with COPD. I called on a Saturday when our A/C quit working. They answered the phone and had someone at my house in under 2 hours. It amazed me how quick they came and fixed my unit. Explained everything to me as he cleaned and fixed it. The service was amazing , the technician was very professional. I even got the Veterans discount. I will always use their service and will tell all my friends who may need their service. It's hard to find a good company that is professional and honest.

The tech was good & informative but the bait and switch is crazy. They said when you sign up there is a fee, but I went through it again to check on the book online as well as my email and text confirmations and absolutely no fee for coming to check out the system. The front desk was very rude about this and hung up on me after we discussed that I never saw a service fee. I think if you cant be honest and transparent with the first fees I definitely dont want to do business with shady businesses - again othet than that gary ... read more
