Derek came out to identify a leak in our ceiling and fix it for us. He was friendly and even offered us a credit if his work didn't solve our problem and he had to come back. Unfortunately, his work did not fix the leak and he has since stopped responding to our texts and calls.

I was referred to this contractor by a trusted colleague. At first, communication seemed promising I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately, he missed the appointment without notice and stopped responding to calls and messages. Fast Action Plumbing — just the name gives confidence that you folks know how to handle things quickly and professionally. Local services like this are the real backbone of any neighborhood. Noticed there’s no official website listed — having one could make it even easier for nearby homeowners to reach out in emergencies.
